Room Charge There is a room charge of $50 per hour after the first three hours with a buffet or plated meal. For appetizer parties, there is a room charge of $50 per hour.

DJ or Live Band Fee $150 flat fee; the room must be vacated by midnight.

Dance Floor $200 Dance Floor Rental for outdoor events.

Bar Charges $50 flat fee for opening the bar for cocktail, beer or wine; $150 minimum sales charge for any drinks provided by the hotel. This does not include corkage fees.

Special Meal Requests We are able to accommodate dietary restrictions and most special requests, but please let us know two weeks in advance.

Decorating You may decorate two hours before the event or make special arrangements. Please no open flames, metallic confetti, or scotch tape on the walls. You may use flowers, photos, gifts.

Deposit There is a deposit equal to 25% of the estimated cost to save the date.
