Box Lunch ‐ Turkey, Black Forest ham, or roast beef sandwich on sliced
sourdough bread with cheese, lettuce and tomato, piece of fruit, cookie and bottled soda
or water. $12.95 per person

Sandwich Buffet – sliced meats including roast beef, turkey, and Black Forest
ham and jack and cheddar cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions. Sliced sourdough,
wheat or sourdough rolls. Choice of two salads: garden green, three bean, red potato or

Deposit: There is a deposit equal to 25% of the estimated cost to save the date.
Room Charge: There is a room charge of $50 per hour after the first three hours.

Choice of desserts: crème brulee, apple crisp, chocolate mousse, bread pudding, carrot cake. Or,

Filet Mignon – A 7 oz. aged tenderloin with a roasted garlic and Cabernet demi
Roast Rack of Lamb – 8 rib rack herb crusted, pan seared to medium rare
Roast Duck – one half maple leaf duck served with cherry sauce
